Calling ALL COBRAS PLAYERS first week of practice is right around the corner. We can not wait to see your smiling faces.
Requirements for the First Week of Practice 8/18/25 @ 530 pm -730pm
Cleats, Mouth Guards, tee shirts , shorts , practice jersey if you want to wear one , lots of water.
Do not bring any gear or game jerseys. Kids with game jerseys on will be required to take them off and give them back to their parents.
For the Parents:
Please drop your child off and park out front of the school or along the side. We have an agreement with the school to use the field as long as we leave the back parking lot open for the students and other fall sport activities like swimming and water polo etc, if you are caught parking in the back, You will be asked to move your vehicle. If we get to many complaints for the school we will no longer be allowed to pratice at the feild and then we will have to pay to rent a practice feild and and regrastiainton fee will increase, we do not want that.
For those parents who stay during practice, we will have a designated area for parents to sit and relax while we practice. Think of it as 2 hours of a free babysitter. Please don’t wander over to the practice areas and sit in your chair there to watch; only sit in the area for parents. This allows the coaches to coach without any distraction!
All teams in the league have adopted this policy so the coaches can coach and the kids can practice without distractions. If your child needs to come see you for illness or injury purposes, a coach will bring them to you or send your player over to see you . If you choose to walk your child back to the practice area, that is fine. A coach will come over and greet you and the child and get back to practice, but please return to the parent area!
The league policy is to send your child to the parent if they choose not to participate in practice, or if they are sick or injured . This is also the policy for all games. NO PARENT IS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD UNLESS AN INJURY OCCURS, same as practice the child will be sent to the stands if they say they dont want to play or they are sick this will also make you aware of why your child isnt willing to play in the game and when you send your child back that means they are ready to play again . This happens a lot. We have kids who say they don’t want to play, and we sit them out, and then the parent is asking the coaches Why didn’t my child play today.
Please reach out if you have any questions/concerns.
